By all means, like I said you use what is best for your application, it's been a while since I've been there, I know the petroleum was a lot more expensive than it is here, and if its okay for your car, then more power to you. Also, I know AEM and some other companies are making pumps, injectors, and computers to work with the e85, so you should still be able to get a solid tune out of it? I was kind of interested to see that!

What part of AU are you from? I grew up in South Australia. Moved to the states in the early nineties.

From sydney where 95 , 98 and E10 are available everywhere.
91 , E85 , LPG and diesel are harder to find and the experts tell me that E85 here is really E75.
Also in sydney , never buy discounted fuel from private petrol stations , because it is most likely to contain paint thinners.
Coles and Woolworths grocery stores here give discounts for Shell and Caltex , so because i buy most of my groceries from coles i get shell 98.

Our cars were designed to run on 93 Oct with the factory tune I believe but the ECU will re-tune itself to 91 for those California folks. I can only find 92 Oct here in washington. Also I heard running anything higher then 93 is a waste because of the way the engine is setup or something, I haven't really looked into it. I just know that if I run ethanol free the car feels much smoother.
