Between both, almost a full 4 quarts. I had some left in the last one. The tranny takes a lot more than the diff.

There's a vendor that sells a fluid swap package on here that is very convenient and a good deal. Highly recommend it.

Thanks guys for the responses. I already did the diff fluid change and that drain bolt was nasty. I ordered the tranny fluid and will do that this weekend.

question.. is there anything I need to be aware while I am changing the fluid??? also am I gonna use the stock washer or new washer? the place I order only gave me 2 new crush washer for diff, but not tranny.

I thought the drain plug has one? At least from what I saw it does. I got two washers with my Motul Gear 300 fluid swap pack. I know I used both. Well, fluid isn't leaking anywhere so I think I'm good, lol.

When I replaced my transmission fluid on the BRZ, there was a crush washer and it's pretty thick (not sure how much it actually "crushes"). But I did change both the drain and fill washers, the Subaru part number is 17008AA050 (for both).
