Not necessarily true. At my last job there was a med-tech (basically operates a piece of lab equipment) who drove a Maserati to work. Her husband was a neurosurgeon, but she just liked having something to do.

Eh, my money is on well off parents that don't mind splurging on toys but want the kid to have a work ethic so they have to work through college instead of a free ride.

They don't mind dropping the money on a cool car, tuition, rent (probably living at home) because the kid 'needs' those things, but they aren't shelling out for her party/mod money.

For some (many?) trust funds you actually have to have a job to get paid. If I were in that situation I'm not sure I'd do fast food but I sure as hell wouldn't pick a stressful job/career either.

I've got a friend who's sister is a waitress at a diner back in Omaha. Her husband is a very, VERY successful dentist. She drives her AMG to work everyday just because she enjoys working. Maybe this chick has the same type of situation.

Either way, that girl is awesome without even seeing her. An old AE86, and she knew what your car is supposed to represent? That's fucking wife material right there.
