thanks OP for this site, it is helping hammer out some negotiations to get my car wednesday without the $2k "market adjustment" bullshit they are trying to pull on me. Not going to name the dealer though, and its a different one than what I have been talking to before I just don't want to throw names out at this moment.

Short story: Dealership is trying to charge this "market adjustment" on a car that found on the OPs tracker listed at MSRP + delivery + dealer fee + trunk mat option. I have the print out of the exact car I want to but and it arrives Wednesday and it includes the VIN and the (what I would call advertised since it is toyota's site) price that I think I should be paying under their pure price policy. If they refuse to take away this mark up, I would obviously walk away, but should I report them to Toyota?

Either I'm missing something or you guys know some secret backdoor to that buyatoyota.com site. It's showing Zero Scions to choose from when I choose search inventory...

you are missing something...go to search inventory, zipcode, select scion, select fr-s, and then select browse whatever (colors) ...also note the dealer that is selected at the top right hand corner...and a list of available ones should come up

If you're clicking on the Fredwhatshisname link that's only for that dealership, and the inventory numbers are wrong. I used that to see what FRS cars were listed, and every car shows up as Fredwhathisname's Scion. I seriously doubt that dealer is getting 213 FRS cars to sell...

I'm specifically talking about the buytoyota.com site. That doesn't offer ANY Scion cars.

I'm talking about the buyatoyota.com website...follow those steps and it will show all the cars in the region that you are living in, for example, there are 200+ cars in the southeast region, thats where the 213 FRS # is coming from on Fred's site. Fred only has 2 Automatics and like 5 manuals available, I think.

That's southeast, which isn't Northern California. It appears as though Northern California didn't get the same love for Scion.

I just typed in a northern Cal zip code and it takes me to that screenshot that you posted, it goes to a completely different page when I type my southeast zipcode...that's where the problem is. I assumed you were clicking some other link but I guess its like you said, northern Cal is getting no love lol. It allows us to select scion fr-s from our page where as it is not listed for you. Sorry.

It's kind of dumb. I'm just curious to see which cars that I know are in the area show up. For instance I know One Toyota of Oakland has a whiteout AT that no-one has claimed incoming, and should still show my Argento MT that will be in port in 2-3 days, but the inventory system doesn't seem to be updated or showing that at all.

(My dealer showed me the inventory of incoming to the area)
