most "stanced" cars people i know own are in way better working order than a lot of the trash on the roads with lick em and stick em inspection stickers. People always state how dangerous stretched tires and camber is i have never seen a beed pop yet, or someone lose control out of nowhere the owners of these cars seem to be the biggest factory got it right nerds I have ever come across.

I bet you've seen more wrecks and accidents involving people who aren't car enthusiasts and don't modify their cars. In general, (this does not speak for all) car enthusiasts are way much more attentive drivers because they got a lot more money invested in their cars. Again this doesn't speak for everyone but it's just what I've observed in my many years of driving. Even if their cars are stanced out or "hellaflush" they are fully aware of that when driving.

I completely get your point and am in full agreement.

I am not talking about people driving. I am talking about people modding.

Two different matters.

If you want to equate an extremely modified car with bad driving, I can make the same judgment about owners of Rocket Bunny kits, people who spent more than $10k in their $25k FRS/BRZ, etc.

There are plenty of other horrible drivers driving a stock, unmodified car. I don't need to look for certain mods on their car to spot them from a mile away.

I just don't get why people start negative threads like this. I don't see why people have to talk shit about others preferences, what does it accomplish?

"Stanced" cars are not in working order. Just because you can drive them, does not mean they are in working order. Have you ever seen a "stanced" car try and do doughnuts? I have not pretty.

You've seen more accidents involving people who aren't car enthusiats for the same reason there are more car accidents than plane crashes. There are more of them. You can get fully aware of an emergency braking situation lets say on a highway, but if you're car is riding on the shoulders on all 4 tires, exactly how well do you think you can stop?

Stance is very much like smoking cigarettes; impressionable people making objectively bad decisions in an attempt to elevate their self image among their peers. Eventually they grow up and regret it but not before doing serious damage.... in before the lock!!!!

Do you know how alignment settings on a drift setup work? From your post, I doubt it.

yes i very much know how it works, i also know cars like the bad quality s13 is out there with wild fitment and it gets driven hard and works. you can have real solid fitment and a car that works awesome there is plenty out there.

and why do people do it because wheel gap is ugly plain and simple

I wouldn't know because I don't stance my cars out. Your statement only strengthened my argument. How many hellaflush cars did you see today while driving? If none then it obviously has not affected the safety of you or your loved ones. Have a nice day.
