Where did you get those from?

I did the same on my old GTI. It was a great cheap mod.

The problem is its a one time use voucher and no cash value so whatever is not used, is lost. I thought about getting all in filters and selling them, but that would be painfully slow.

It's a shame you don't live out here; the Subaru dealer sells Motul fluids and GTSpec parts.

When I was buying crush washers the guy at the parts counter tried to argue with me that putting Motul 300 in the transmission would void the warranty and I needed to use genuine Subaru fluid. I go to the cashier to pay for my washers, and there's a big stand of Motul 300 and 300LS right there.

He also didn't want to sell me the crush washers to begin with. "The fluid shouldn't be changed out this soon, what does the Subaru maintenance plan require?" It doesn't matter what it requires, old man. I feel like changing my fluid. If I wanted to do it every week, I could.

Well, make sure to get at least like 50 of those pop-rivets when you do buy everything else. I've only taken the engine bellypan off a handful of times and those pop-rivets are straight fucked.

It changes the dynamics of the car, but it isn't necessarily an "improvement" per se. It really depends on what you're looking for in terms of how the car responds to steering input and which end breaks loose first at terminal cornering speeds.

If your local dealer can order STI catalog stuff, I'd recommend you get other things:

Metal oil filler cap (sucks when your plastic one breaks... it takes a long time, but they all eventually do)
1.3 bar radiator cap (more pressure before it flows into the reservoir)
STI shift knob, if you like it.

Maybe the STI strut brace bar (yeah, it's floppy, but it doesn't work by bending... its a torsion/compression bar)

Does your dealer do a full line of tires? Can it be used on tires? My dealer promised me tire rack pricing on an upgraded set of Michelins...if I had one of those vouchers I'd be real happy.
