I have a cut out just past the header on my Civic Si. At full tilt, 8000 rpm is so glorious I don't mind sharing it with the rest of the zip code.

hahahaha same here i have a straight pipe and one side exhaust delete on my ms6. It has a wonder turbo sound to it

and its nice and light!

Don't worry. I was called "one of those people" when I had the temerity to comment that I thought the shift position indicator on a manual was kinda neat. Too many people have their own ideas and think they're the only ones that are correct.

I also want to hear how this will sound, but it'll be too loud for my purposes. I'm probably going to go for an aftermarket system if I can find one with a little rasp and good bass.

lol people didnt like that i thought the shift indicator was cool either! to each their own but my thing is dont knock what someone else likes.... just let them do their thing....but yeah so many people have the "right opinion" lol

ok...sorry for the lack of updates on this...my bad... Heres a pic of it installed... the hanger needs to be clocked different.. but it does the job...

and heres some in car vid of the sound...Believe it or not...its WAYYY louder inside the car than outside...Sounds very EVOish if I dare say that...ENJOY...

Why didn't you run it our through the exhaust cut-out? That is what PPE Engineering did for me. And it does sound good.

I bought it back in Feb...as this was originally for a 08 plus WRX...so wasn't sure about the fitment...

How loud was it in the drive back home? Nameless has a BRZ designed one that is straight.
Just considering possibly using something like this and swaping it between events. Not sure if it would pass sound check at some events in San Diego.

It is actually louder in the car than it is outside.... We had a Sound limit this weekend at the debut event..set @95db.... don't know exactly where mine clocked in...but I don't think you will have any worries...I didn't get a warning..as per the drivers meeting...if you were close they were going to give warning... I will see If I can get my actual numbers from the event chair..
