Again, do what you want. And the Borla has had warped flange problems and has been known to create lots of rasp. But a pipe is a pipe, right?

Dude, chill. No need to get defensive
![]() We're just talking about exhaust pipes here, not politics. LOL Rasp, drone etc. don't affect performance ![]() And yes, a pipe is a pipe, thing is, there's more to a header than just the piping itself, hence my interest in the best bang for the buck header. My mind is just about made up on what comes after it though... Just FYI. Except, it still remains a mystery whether or not header + front pipe + cat back make a full system

I'm not getting defensive at all. But your last statement just sealed the deal for me. I will stop trying to help you because clearly you are going to do what you want and not take any advice.

Understood, Megan's aren't rip offs though, their drift cat back is its own thing. Not a clone.

Why are you fighting to hard for Megan? They make sub-standard parts. They're shoddy parts made in china re-branded and mass produced with poor QC. It's the same with the other brands you find on ebay. Godspeed, etc.

Haha, I just felt the need to separate the cheap crap Megan parts from the cheap crap rip-off parts.

THANKS!
![]() Are you running the Manzo or the no name? The manzo looks like a equal length Borla, the no name like an HKS maybe? See guys, that's what I wanted - EXPERIENCE. How was the fit? Any issues? //Edit: Found your video, looks like you have the Manzo. |

If this forum is like any forum, I'd say upload it on tinypic and share the link.

Might want to dig into ebay sellers' reviews and search for "manzo" to get a good feedback.
For full Manzo (SUS-304 Stainless Steel) you will need: +$155 ITEM #: TP-214 (two pieces: overpipe + frontpipe) Stainless Steel Downpipe Piping Size : 2.25" O2 Sensor Ports: 0 +$343 ITEM #: CBS-SF12 (3 pieces) Catback Exhaust System Piping Size: 2.25" Exhaust Tips: 4.5" or Item #: CBS-SFR12V2 (2 pieces) Stainless Steel Catback Exhaust System V2 Piping Size: 2.75" O2 Sensor Ports: 0 Exhaust Tip: 4" +$1065 As for more bang for a buck, I think OFT+OFH combo $1015 + drop in filter (like Perrin $50) For $1,565.00 its worth to try. Might get to +208 whp w/ E85. Good luck.

Great post. Thanks.
I'm definitely gonna go OFT, not sure on the OFH yet. The Manzo just looks like to good a deal to pass up. We'll see. Appreciate constructive input though! |
