That's just about exactly what I'd told myself about 6 months ago. And now, $3k later....here I am.

Come back and tell us where you're at in another 6 months, I'd like to see if anyone else can stick to it.

It's so hard not to buy mods for this car, especially when there are such great mods out there. I finally gave in and bought the Cusco heel-toe gas pedal last night. Too many times trying to do that pedal dance downshifting into second.

The only thing keeping me from buying tires and rims is that I hate to replace something that still has life in it, and these tires are still practically brand new. I got a nail in one of them last week, and I was actually excited for a moment because I thought the tire might have to be replaced. And who wants a set of mismatched tires. So I might as well replace all of them while I'm at it. But they were able to just plug it, dammit. Er, I mean, luckily. Yeah.

I slipped so far down this road that I actually finished. It can be done. Although your wallet, police, and warranty won't be thrilled.

Never thought I would be into wanting to mod my car so much as I was never a big car junkie. But damn once I got my FR-S it seemed to bring that side out of me and now I'm looking at coilovers, catback, wheels, body kits. I didnt even really know what some of these things like coilovers were! ha

Get hooked to making your car your own and changing it the way you want and you learn so much more about it and car parts in general. Pretty cool

It's nice to have the stock car be better at being a car than I am a driver. It has yet to be unable to do anything that I have asked it to do (or demanded via operator error). I'm stoked I can have one every time I get in it.
