I saw it about a month ago. All the FRS commercials are lame. I like the Toyota commercials of old. Just show the car cruising along twisties during the Fall with leaves on the road. No need for explosions and douche bags driving the car.

The first US commercial was great. And luckily the deer was okay!

I wonder how they can get away with that. I mean they're showing the product that isn't exactly how it's going to be sold. The car obviously isn't on stock springs.

I couldn't see any disclaimers stating this isn't the stock model or anything.

FRS owners should start a class action demanding the lowered springs they were promised in the commercial. Along with the white doves and a Big Mac that looks like the picture on the menu.

All this needs is a unicorn with a rainbow flowing out of its ass.

Seriously. This screams "We don't know how to sell this car, so buy it, kids, if you want to impress your friends, but we can't exactly tell you why it is so awesome". Lame doesn't begin to describe this stupidity.

I know. The point I was trying to make (ironically) is that these commercials miss the message and didn't get straight to the point, relying on smoke & mirrors.

Ahh yes... the marketing department just caught on that the word epic is popular with the kids, therefor gearing the commercial towards their demographic. Unfortunately, the word epic has since become overused and "unhip". Typical Scion mentality.
