Does any one have these fog lights?

Hello all ,

I have been watching this tread.

I want to add some points about why we support the Winjets and clarify some facts about some of the things mentioned.


1. The Winjet comes with a switch that mounts to the factory bezel - next to the dash dimmer - This works will all FRS , but not the version series - the 10 and the Monogram. The Bezel in those cars have a headlight leveler in the spot.

2. Winjet is very fair priced - They can do this because they are the manufacture - They have been Manufacturing fog-lights for well over 10 years.

3. Plastic Lens Vs Glass - This one is a matter of preference also, The Winjet is a polycarbonite. This is the same as 99% of the current headlights out on the road today - They use this because it will not crack like a glass housing when a rock hits it. With how low the fogs are on our cars and how direct a rock can easily hit it My choice would be the Poly lens

4. There was some questions about the fitment and Spacing between the Bezel and lens of the fog light. We have looked and compared these to the OE for light kit in a 13 and 14 and the Winjet is closer (assuming the install was correct)

5. Some of you do not like the Shiny plastic Bezel on the Winjets - I guess this is a mater of opinion for each of us, This is the only bezel that can be scuffed and painted easy. ( that's what we did to one of our cars) We sell the Fogs switch and Bezels Separate so you can Build your own kit from our store

If you know how to vinyl it get the yellow vinyl on eBay just $10 per a big sheet.

LMAO!!!

The Winjets seem to be the clear winner among the masses that don't mind the smooth bezel. Lots of threads, posts and pictures on the forum about em.
Personally I think the yellow looks ridiculous and out of the 80's/early 90's. But this is isn't my car. I also hate the way the RPF1's(the wheels EVERYONE apparently loves on these cars.) look too. Good luck with your decision
