Anyway to round up the original question: 70mm less offset is not gonna fly.

But, I'm going to try it anyhow... if nothing else, just to be of service to the community by giving it a shot and letting everyone know what it looks like. I picked up a set of 5x100 to 5x114.3 adapters today. I should have my BRZ in a week or two and I will pop off the rear wheels and front wheels as well and take some pictures and some measurements and share the results. That should at least help us zero in a little more on what is possible and what looks good, etc.. |

Would be very helpful as I have some 5x114.3 Rpf1's sitting at home, although at 17x9.5+18 I highly doubt they'll come anywhere near fitting

Front need to be 8.0 , +35 ~ +45
rear can be 9.0, depending on mods, +35 to +45 as well. The car has straight fender, nothing much to roll. Coil over and camber plate and arms will help. |

I'd like to put 245/40 8.5x17 +44 in front and 245/40 9.5X17 +45 in the rear. Will they fit in without stand out of the fenders. And i would lower the Car with loweringsprings. would the wheels still fit? or should i have than go to 235/40 8x17 +35 front and 235/40 9x17 +35 rear?
