That being said, I dont see you mentioning any offset of the rims, which is important to answer your question.
If you dont lower your car on coilovers, you will have problems clearing the front inner struits. Anything with a highter offset than +38 will rub. Also be aware that a 9.5X18 with +38 (or lower) will poke out quiet a bit. It will not rub outside, but it will look offroadish if not lowered.

Now on the tire side, on a 9.5" wheel you should fit at least 245/35/18 tires. It will strech a bit, but not much you can do about it as the front is limited again by the inner struit.

So bottom line:
If you do not plan to lower your car, take 8" Wheels max.
If you plan to lower your car with springs, take 8.5" Wheels and have no tire strech, or 9.5" wheels and have some tire strech
If you plan to lower on coilovers, take whatever option you like since you will have more room in front (the coilover struits are smaller than the stock struits) and can also play a bit with camber settings

EDIT: Just saw the offset was in the links you posted. +43 and +45, the will rub in the front with stock supsension

Hey KillerBee

I'm trying to buy Enkei Raijin 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear both offset 45.

Will this fit on my Eibach Pro kit spring setup?

I need your advice...

Thank you!

I'm not 100% sure on this. 18.8.5 with offset 45 in the front is very very tight to the inner struits, but it should fit. But be carefull with the tires you choose, a 245/35/18 should be the absolute maximum you put on these. But again, I'm not 100% sure on this, so try the wheels before mounting any tries (so you could still send them back if they dont fit.

Rear is no issue with 18x9.5 offset 45, this is fine.

I know that the Goodrich Tires have big flanks, still, maybe go with 235/40/18 just to be safe. Again, this is a very tight fit if not used with coilovers

Currently running this wheel and tire size and can confirm it fits. You are probably right on it being the maximum size as the shop told me that they were EXTREMELY close to the strut.

For what it is worth, i am running 18x 8.5+35 up front and 18x 9.5+35 in the rear. On swift springs (about a 1 in drop). Tires are 245/35/18 up front. 255/35/18 rear with spc lca. No rubbing up front or in the rear. @Chen 's rims are wimpy.

I wish I would of gone 9.5 in the rear. But in the front are perfect. 18x8.5+45 on 235/40 tires.

You shoulnt have any problem with +35 offset, thats far away from the strut

You will rub stock suspension. They fit with aftermarket "coilovers" because they have a smaller diameter than stock.

If keeping stock go 8.5 front 9.5 rear.
