I think you can buy turndowns at AutoZone and clamp them on.

Went through BP Auto. At the time...the yen-dollar wasn't too favorable, it was about ~$2500, including tax (in CA) shipped. I would expect it to be a bit cheaper at this point; more so, if you can manage to go to Japan and pick one up. May also want to check with Rakuten, and see what their price would be w/shipping costs.
