My 86 is my first car with smash and grab tint.
It wasn't actually my choice - the dealer offered it as a gift, and I said "ja well no fine - not a big deal, go for it".
I never knew what I was missing - I really like it. A lot!!

For those interested quick update: Glass was fixed today.

Just a word of caution if anyone needs to do this. NEVER deal with PG FOURWAYS - they are utterly useless

I spent 2 weeks trying to deal with them and get feedback, after the initial "it will take 3-5 day estimate". I called them at least 20 times in the last 2 weeks, but they simply do not give you feedback or even call you back. Last Friday, I escalated through PG call centre, got the claim transferred to PG in Sandton. Got a call from PG Sandton on Friday morning - they informed me it would be 3 working days to get the glass from Toyota. They called this morning and sorted today.

So 2 thumbs up to PG Sandton. 3 working days to get it

And a big F&(K YOU to PG Fourways - you're a bunch of w@nkers who wasted 2 weeks of my time - @@sholes
