Thanks - played around with it and they do pop off easily. They're also easy to drop down into the engine bay somewhere, ask me how I know *sigh*

Good to know I can just pick some up. Searched for "trim panel retainer" and these look like they could work:

Take the engine undertray. If you haven't driven the car, a few might be down there.

Now that undertray does have like a million bolts and pop-rivets, so I try not to mess with taking it off if I don't have to.

You are correct sir. Had to pull the air filter anyway, and with the box off I was able to get at the tray from above, and there they were.

Dollars saved: $2-5

Agony of "trying to find the exact right plug size then finding out I've bought one that's too fat or too tall or causes skin burns and having to go back and forth to the auto store 3 times" saved: priceless
