The lever/switch that allows you your move your steering wheel up and down also allows you to move the steering wheel assembly in and out.

I didn't know this but for people who didn't know as well now you do too
I hope you know what car you were buying:

I just found that "hidden" socket the other day...but never did I think to myself "OMG! I gotta tell the forums about this hidden treasure!!"

Now, if you happen to locate the bottom seatbelt holder then I'll be impressed.

Give the OP some slack. Most people are not into cars like a lot of forum dwellers are. Most people I know just turn the key and drive, occasionally do an oil change and don't do anything else unless something breaks or a mechanic scares them into it. That is a big reason many people will get into newer cars or lightly used ones, they can still get away with just doing oil changes and minimal or no other maintenance.

Remember, if you have an automatic transmission, the 'R' means 'Right straight ahead'.

Does no one read car manuals nowadays? I used to use them as bathroom reading material. Only exception is my current car since the manual is all in French and FRENCH ONLY (wtf).

While I'd normally agree, this isn't a hidden feature.. it's shown in plain sight on the Subaru site, as well as in numerous sales brochures and whatnot.

I don't know about the OP or anyone else, but I try to read about what type of product I'm buying BEFORE I buy it, and that includes specs.

Maybe the OP should have posted this into a normal peoples forum then. I'm sure some male modeling forum people would've had their minds blown.
