Once I got offered a job in HK as an engineer. I was going to make about 50% what i make in the US and was going to have to work Saturday. No thanks!

Other than that HK is a great place. I've been there 10 times.

I was thinking if i should order the RC version the mod it to compete in the N2000 class... But after driven it, I think a lot of work has to be done before it can even come close to the mighty FD2-R, which are top of the class.

Hey Godzpeed, good to hear and see that others in HK are getting the FT. I'm going for a manual BRZ myself, think that will make the car feel as sporty as it was intended and deal with most of the issues that were mentioned in the EVO review. It's not like I drive that much in HK anyway so it will almost certainly be my pure weekend car (with the Legacy for family and bike-carrying duties). And it's not like we can drive that fast without putting ourselves in danger of losing our licences, even with radar detectors and all!

Maybe when we get our cars we can go for a Luk Keng or Lantau roundabouts run, though they have put lots of speed cameras (or at least boxes) along the road leading to the former.

That would be alot of fun!

in fact, a bunch of my friends are buying old JDM boy racers (GC8 STI, EVO5/6, CRX, EK9 Type R, etc) lately, I really wanna see how the 86/BRZ stack up against them!

Yes, it would be fun! Will post more when I get info on my car.

Actually walked to Crown today over lunch (as the weather was so good) to have a look at what I thought was an orange GT86 in the window the other day while going past in a taxi. Once I got there, I saw that the orange car was... a Prius C.

Well, at least I got some light exercise, as well as some info on the A4/A6 Avant and the 520i Touring.

Really? Now I feel like an idiot, made it all the way to Subaru but thought that it wasn't worth going to Richburg because a few years back they had told me that they wouldn't import Subies!

Maybe I'll make my way there this weekend. Thanks.
