Weird. Most frs/brz I see are 65 mph grandmas in the SF bay. And the few times I have been down in LA area it was the same.

You don't need to go on the roads to see the douches, these boards are full of 'em.

Anyone seeing the FRS/brz turning into the new "douchebag BMW driver" car?
Anyone else seen this shit happening?
No one will ever top BMW drivers...lol. That said, most FRS that I see are cruising along. Once in a while I'll see one flying by on the freeway though...

I generally drive with cruise control set at like 70mph on the highways with my frs. Going any faster isn't worth the extra gas it burns and the possibility of getting a ticket.

I try to stay at the speed limit or not more than 5 or 10mph from it. Even if that makes me the slowest car on the freeway, then I *switchlanez* to the slower lanes. Because I know my car will be a target for cops or people wanting to race.

I think the first wave of owners are generally mature who drive with some sense of humility and care for their brand new car with which monthly payments are being made. Eventually, subsequent owners will start driving it like they stole it literally after buying for a "steal."

I think that you may be subconsciously singling 86s because every time I go to L.A. I see douchebag drivers and they not only drive 86s. They drive every type of car out there. From Prius to Ferrari. LOL

I thought the 8thcivic boards were more informative as well - S2KI and ClubRSX were good too...
