wow those are some awesome wheels, carbon fiber > Magnesium . oh yeah, hit one curb and there goes $3,000 of wheel lol.
I don't think the dash is supposed to be imitation carbon fiber, i think it is just a better alternative then flat plastic... personally, i am going to wait for real carbon dash panels to come out, if this ends up taking too long, costs too much, or looks cheap, I have a great vinyl wrapping guy... the weight savings are negligible and you can peel it off in one minute to return to stock. (even though its cheating, you get the look you want for less- money which goes straight into performance mods.) ask my old Celica.... |

It's actually a bunch of little 'T' shapes. Not a fake CF print.

I think you might run into an issue with the passenger airbag as well. I wouldn't want to effect how the airbag would deploy. I also do not like that fake carbon fiber on the dash. |

I thought so. What about the front fenders? I'm pretty sure those are steel but they might be aluminum?

Bummer. To be honest, I would prefer they be plastic! Mitsubishi is starting to use plastic front fenders in their cars and I think that's smart. It's much lighter, more flexible for bumps and dings, and much less expensive!
