Is your OEM hood still in good shape? Any chance you wanna sell it after you switch?

I want to see how those over fenders turn out. OEM or what?

Anyone know how the vented hoods do in rain. Any issues with water crawling in?

It's mint and covered with expel since day 1, zero chips. I'll think about it. I haven't nailed down which hood yet to be honest.

I'll pay you well and come pick it up.

To get mine replaced with a new one all the body shops want to blend my bumper and fenders, which I'm desperately trying to avoid.

If I don't find a used hood, I'm probably going the carbon route as well.

Cheers,
Ponesbones

Well here are the first stages of my car getting re-dressed. Siebon CF fenders fit very well the passengerside needed to be stretched a little but overall the shop said they are the best fit they have seen in a while. The TS hood also fit like a glove. I'm just waiting for the C-west front bumper to arrive it hit US shores last Friday.

Are you going to paint them? Just to note a few locals have cf hoods and have found that they're seeing some hairline cracks from having them mounted and used during winter months.

Yes I plan on painting everything except the vents. I think they said they were going to put it in the paint both to stretch the passenger fender a little.

Measurement needed!

Can someone who has the Siebon TS style hood please measure something for me? I am looking for a distance from front edge of hood to drivers side (left) side USA to the actual vent portion of the FIRST vent from that front edge. Reason is I am wanting to see where that vent is in relation to some Superchargers filters and turbos equipment placement. Many thanks if you can assist!!!!

Specifically speaking of THIS hood
