I swear to god... Can't wait for the day I see the post: "My gas tank is empty and my car won't start. Is that normal?"
To the OP... Ever been in a house with radiators or oil re-circulation heat? When it cools you can hear it tick, or even ping. Heat expands, cold compresses. I believe its somewhere in a science book you probably should have read.

No, never been in a house with radiators or with oil re-circulation heat. Never into science, so thanks for the lesson professor. Are you really not surprised that someone else on the other side of the world has not lived the same walk of life as you? You really need to chill out and stop acting like a hero. There are things in life you won't ever learn in a book champ, but i'm you've read all the books on being a key board warrior.

This is so common, it even happens in Grand Theft Auto V.

How detailed is GTA V when it comes to cars? When you park, you can actually hear the engine ticking as it cools. That's pretty amazing.

Hey chief, that's basic science yo! I'm far from a professor, just an attentative student! I'm no hero, just sick of people making useless posts about things they should know. As far as books, you can learn a lot from them, so consider picking one up once in awhile!

Really? My Cayman is dead silent (which, now that I think about it, is kind of weird, since almost every other car I've ever driven does this). You can feel the heat pouring off of it when it was driven hard, but it really doesn't make any noise.

Oh I'm pretty sure it made noise. The experience was pretty surreal.

Oh, I believe you about the 911. I'm just curious why the 911TT would do that, and the Cayman wouldn't.
