Moving forward once you submit a log you will be provided the details on selecting your time/date to have your car dialed in. .

So tried to watch the logging video, really hard to hear Toni with all that music/singing in the background. Is it possible to upload a new video without the bg audio? Who thought that was a good idea?

Thanks

How long should a base tune request go before you recommend following up?

Im sure the last thing you guys need are more emails with questions like "where is my tune"

Thanks!

you are free to schedule as soon as you want. There is no timeline on how late or early you would like to do this. As this allows you to select when you are most free to have your car's tune enhanced. If you have any concerns we encourage you to contact us via phone 888-657-1444.

Fair enough, but I still prefer flashing a tune and giving it at least a couple days driving back and forth to work before giving my impressions of what needs to be changed and trying to log those areas. That gives time for long term fuel trims to adjust and the IAM to adjust.

I agree with you on that. I really like this new idea but it just doesnt seem like you can get much done in a day when your waiting for fuel trims to set. I honestly usually drive about a week or so before I send in another tune unless there is something that i can feel or see off jump. Nonetheless I still think it will help all around with getting dialed in. Just hoping it doesnt end up with a three month out calendar or anything like that. that would suck.

I think this is a good idea but it trying to tie down a full day with you guys could be a PITA for us on the other side of the world unless we are going to keep you up all night!!!

I'm sure we can work around it when the time comes

Great idea. (I'm not even an FA20 customer BTW). This seems like a much more sustainable business model. Clearly there are a few minor details to work out, but I commend you guys for stepping up, realizing that the old way wasn't working, and finding a solution. I hope William sees this and does something similar, I'd imagine it would help him sort through his work load to.

+ 1

Some of the words aren't that clear due to the music and I agree it would be better without the background track.
