After running at Auto Club yesterday, I completely agree with this. I left the Bridgestones at home and ran on the stock wheels and tires. They were easy to drive, decent grip, but you could feel the squirm, even under braking, and they got greasy towards the end of each session. They didn't wear much at all, which was a pleasant surprise, as I was doing a fair bit of monkeying around.
