Out of curiosity what do you do for work?

Don't know if anyone has seen this yet?

http://ca.autoblog.com/2013/10/30/bu...ne-toyo-tires/

They say it can beat an LFA around the track. Really like what they did performance wise to the car. The interior is quite ugly if you ask me. But the rest of the car is well done and I really wish I could afford the wheels that are on it.

Thats nice work

they don't mention the power output tho?

must be at least 500ponies to rival an LFA

and overboring to 86.5 is interesting but only gives 22cc so barely worth it surely? might unmask the valves a bit I suppose

I thought TRD weren't doing an entire car? just bits and bobs?

and subarus STi version was just suspension and cosmetic tweaks?

"we will definitely track it after it is shown. The goal is to put it on the track side by side with an LFA."

It has a better power to weight ratio than the LFA, but so does a go-kart. We'll see what happens when they get it on the ground after sema

The over bore is probably for piston clearance with the forged pistons.

The LFA is a street car, though, not a race car. Much of that 375k pricetag goes into making it usable everyday.
