I was running the N1 and it sounded great outside the car but a lot louder inside the car. Wife didn't like the cabin noise so I switched to the Q300. I like both, but now that I have the front pipe and overpipe think I like the Q300 a bit more. Both are great exhausts for the money. |

Can someone give me a reasonable estimation of the q300 system over stock like numbers wise. Just as loud, 2 times louder, 3 times louder, etc. with stick everything else just the q300. It's not as bad as the sp elite out of the box is it? |

The Q300 is absurdly heavy, if you're worried about performance. And the N1 ain't light.

Simple muffler delete. Has a great sound, not too loud, not annoying. Relatively cheap at ~$100, a bit more if you want two tips. Saves a ton of weight. And while that tides you over you can save for headers and the rest of the exhaust.

I love my Q300, and highly recommend it if you stand to gain about 3-5lbs. Especially sounds great with a front pipe.

I was under the impression it was 9.5lbs lighter than stock when I said that.

I support this statement.
Unless you already have some nice headers. In which case, I don't think a dual header setup would be very effective. Even with the best zip ties money can buy.

No need for zip ties. Just hang them on the wall so that you can drool at them all the time!
