On the front bumper corner vents, is that just for show or is there a really a space made to cool down your brakes?
this car has no engine!

I say take one for the team and bust in there, pop the hood and we will see if this has a motor or not.

BTW, I looked hard for the gas cap but still have no idea. I even tried to lift/move the rear plate, but it was locked down. Assuming it's behind the plate, maybe there's a release mechanism in the car for it.
I was wondering if it would be possible for the gas cap to be behind the Toyota emblem at the back of the car?

I was expecting that to be the boot release like VW.

I was under the assumption that if this car in fact does not have an engine it would not need a gas door.

I hate to say it, but I'm betting the production version isn't there. Anyone think you would ever be disappointed to see the ED2, not me...

I guess, some ppl forgot bout this vid (you can skip it til 2:08)

This vid is bit crappy so you can't hear the engine rev, but driver does start the engine. I'm pretty sure some ppl who been here bit longer remember seeing this kind of vid when Toyota Auto Show happened.

typically they will put in a small engine, just powerful enought to motivate the show car, so they don't have to push it everywhere. I'd be interest to know which engine they put it it, since the hood is so low, but I would imagine it's a 2.5 boxer or whatever was laying around. I'm guessing 2.5 because that seems to be the engine that almost all of the current subarus have...The gas tank is likely in the trunk for show reasons. Show cars these days have cords to plug them in so that the lights can operate all day and extra battery compartments, etc.
