This is why it has all of those driving aids. They should always be on if you're on public roads. At the track, I don't see how the three second button push is a problem. Super high end super cars make you jump through hoops to turn off everything so count yourself lucky. Also, if it didn't have any of those things then the insurance would fly through the roof.

If you're making a dedicated track car then go ahead and rip all that stuff out, but do us; and our insurance, a favor and leave those things on. Doesn't matter how "skilled" you think you are, there's a time and a place for that.

These little electronic "nannies" are quite helpful, especially in inclement weather. They have saved my ass many a times when I just got on the gas a little too soon or a little too hard trying to make a tight u turn. When I autocross I usually turn them off and let the controlled fun commence!!! Pressing buttons for a few seconds is not that hard.

It is required to have all of these "nannies" in order for auto companies to sell a car in the US anymore. If they were not on the car to begin with, the car would not be sold in the US. I believe if you were to remove them you would then make your car illegal for street use. This is one of the only new model cars that allow you to turn stability and traction control all the way off anymore. I agree with a lot of the others, there is a time and a place to turn them off, the street's are not it.

No need to remove the computers unless building dedicated track car.

I find VSC Sport doesn't intervene too much in daily drive scenarios and I use this almost all the time. If that's not good enough, see below.

Push TC button for 3 seconds for daily driving... Still keeps the ABS and Brake Assist. Not good enough?

I don't know why you would want to remove ABS on a road going car.....
