Nice! I did the same to my Firestorm FR-S and the look quickly grew on me.
I didn't do nearly the amount of taping as you did though... haha

Also to get the lines clean, I remove the tape that touches the plastidip immediately after I finish my last coat. If I let it set too long, the dip will lift off with the tape.

yea i did this yesterday, and a tiny dime size spot lifted with the tape. so i ripped everything off. will attempt again over the weekend.

Same thing happened to me. I re-taped off the 1" x 2" area that peeled off, and resprayed it. The plastidip "seemed" together after several coats. Now you cant see the fixed area.

Did this with my Firestorm GT86 in mid-may but I used white plasti-dip
Black looked to me like it was missing a piece of his lip:

did you also spray underneath part of that area or you just left it alone? looks legit.
