A couple of people have mentioned trying the zip tie method. How has that worked out? Any pics?

True, but with the Gestapo cops and metermaids going about in San Francisco it's better to be safe than sorry.

I've been seeing stakeouts by cops of cars with the handicap plates lately. Our govt is "officially" broke.
