Interesting comment on the body roll. I'm also using stickier tires with stock suspension, and went back and looked at a couple of pictures from one of my track days.
![]() It does look like there's a fair amount of body roll from that picture. It doesn't feel too bad from the inside, but now it's definitely got me thinking about coilovers and front camber for next year. Nice journal btw!

These should be on by next weekend....
RaceComp Engineering Tarmac 2 coilovers (400lb springs all around) street/DD wheels and tires (cost a total of $650 shipped from Discount Tire Direct for wheels AND tires!!): Drag DR-38 wheels, 17x9 +38, GT Radial Champiro UHP1 tires (245/40R17, 280 treadwear summer tire) For the track I'll be running the OEM wheels with a 225/45R17 Hankook RS3 once my current Pilot Super Sports are done; the PSS is not holding up well on the track for me. They get very greasy after a few laps and the shoulder wear is horrible even with about -1.6 degrees of camber. ![]() ![]()

Fastest lap yet at Sebring - 2:41.48
You can hear the Pilot Super Sports SCREAMING in this video; they have about 6 track days total on them, and they are about done. [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfLtfcLQrIs"]2013 BRZ - Sebring 2:41.4 Lap - YouTube[/ame] Just to get an idea of how noisy they are at the limit towards the end of their life, here's a video of my friend's E90 M3 with exhaust chasing me, and go to the 4:04 mark and have a listen ![]() [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bvypz7eZvps"]Chin Motorsports Sebring E90 M3 - YouTube[/ame]

Wheels and tires are mounted:
Here are pictures on the STOCK suspension. I should have pictures on RCE T2 coilovers by this weekend. Definitely makes the wheel gap more pronounced as the face of the rim sits out further. With the stock wheels tucked into the wheel wells it isn't as noticeable. Even my wife, who is against me modifying the car, told me that I needed to lower it, lol, so for any of you who are in the same situation, get the wheels first; it'll convince other family members that the car needs to be lowered! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Looks good, mine looked the same when i put the wheels on. My wheels were donor from my 05 sti but i lucked out and they fit perfectly w/out me checking on offset etc....It was basically begging to get lowered! you got coil overs, eta on install? or are they already on, just a matter of adjusting the height? Do you know what kind of alignment spec's you'll be doing, track oriented or dual duty (track+street)

Car is more track oriented, and an occasional weekend drive car, as I've got a work car for DD duty.

Coilovers installed!! Huge thanks to @Dave-ROR for helping me with the install.
Went with a mild drop (13.25" from center of wheel hub to wheel arch, all around), as I need some decent shock travel on track. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Also decided to try plasti-dipping the OEM wheels, which are now just my track-only wheels.

Let us know how they hold up on track? I've always worried about the brake heat and plastidip. Was thinking it might bubble off if i'm aggressive?
