Had the same problem, after putting my H Techs on my right rear camber was over a degree more negative than the left rear so I got the SPC arms. It took a while but we eventually got the camber and toe to a decent spec without using the toe bushings.

I've ordered the SPC arms. Looks like another day poking around under the car in the future. Hopefully I'll get it dialed in this time.

I'm running the SPC LCAs with the stock toe arms (I have the SPC arms, just didn't need to install them). I have zero noise from anything shifting around. Those arms are pretty sturdy for what they are.

I would just go back through the install and make sure everything it tight and torqued.

And when it comes to finding a competent alignment shop - I just went to Firestone and bought the lifetime alignment, and then told the alignment tech how I wanted camber, caster, and toe. Worked out great for me.
