How is the perrin crank pulley? Im pretty much stock and trying to lightly mod and seemd like a decent upgrade for around 100$. I keep reading about problems there are with it like risks.. Is that true?

There really isn't any risk. There is no need for a harmonic balanced pulley on a horizontally opposed engine. I know plenty of Subie guys running the Perrin pulley for years with no issues.

Thanks man! This is the polar opposite of my Mitsubishi. My intent is to keep this car as pretty as possible while modding. My mitsu is a gnarly, gutted, unforgiving monster.

Silly hiccup at 6800rpm, not really sure why but we are working to fix it. Still happy with 250whp at 6500rpms.

That hiccup I've seen in 4 different dynos now with the vortech kit. If you figure it out please post. Curious if it's just a tuning item, install issue, or something else

It's not vortech specific. The HKS has it too.

HKS with the same oddity. The only thing I can see from my logs is a timing pull.

I'm liking how that diffuser came out. I wasn't sure about the shape when I saw the early pics (without fins). Looks much better assembled. I'd love to see some pics from farther away if you have any.

I have some but with the diffuser being black, it's hard to make out in my photos. Ill work on some action shots or something this week
