Interesting; leather/alcantara, keyless entry/start, and auto HVAC are "available". Would those perhaps be the Limited trim?

I have to admit, I'm disappointed that Nav is standard. If I end up with the BRZ, the Nav will be up for sale immediately.

You can get seat heaters with cloth in other brands these days (Ford does it at least, I'd assume some others too). Technically these will be partially leather still.. the side bolsters anyways :P

So no chance of a big brake option? that seriously sucks.
Doesn't appear to be, which I'm fine with. Without rehashing our last convo on the topic I don't see any need for it.

Navigation-Uber SUCK. Thats another component to drive the cost of the Sti up, I believe this newest year you can order it without again? May be wrong.
But christ so much rather not have the weight or cost of navigation especially in a drivers car and with smartphones. Probably left over gps from china they got for cheap.
Agree that I'd rather not have Navi built in and forced on you. I wish it were simply an option by itself.

Are you going with the Limited trim Rye?

Just the difference from measuring with antenna and without. They're the same height.

Yes they do say that, but at 50.6" without.

Edit: Looks like Scion is all over with height spec, they must have really bad internal communications. I still think FR-S and BRZ are the same height.

Ah whatever. I wanted my magic number of 49 in. for height, but I guess less than 2 inches can't be that bad.

To be honest I'm still undecided regarding FR-S or BRZ or BRZ Limited. There's still plenty of time to feel out each "trim level". Since they're all basically the same car, I'll weigh the standard equipment vs. options vs. pricing and make a decision.

Just to write things out for me to see, the BRZ standard gets HID & Nav over the FR-S, and the Limited adds Auto HVAC, keyless entry/start, and leather/alcantara. I hope the heated seats are in the BRZ somewhere [w/Limited?]. I'm curious to see how the pricing structure is relative to all 3 trims.

Traditionally I'm not excited about low-grade leather and would rather have cloth, but I'll reserve judgement until I see the leather/alcantara in person. Also, if the cloth is super crappy, that'll sway me to the Limited.

Are there other Subaru models at the dealer that might have comparable cloth or leather/alcantara to go check out?
