That is correct, the camber is so slight that you will only notice it on a perfectly flat road, and those don't exist, as its extremely hazardous.

I have heard in older cars having a difference of 17-30mm, but that can also be from actual negligence in factory, rather than percision haha.

But yes, making the vehicle shorter on one side definately helps keep it track straight on cambered roads (all roads) Yet not noticeable enough on an actual flat surface to make a difference unless your going something like 100M on said surface
