Chances are they aren't painted at all, just plain black plastic.

No paint = cheaper.

i dig the base model status. give me black door handles if it means i can get a better price, i sure don't need paint on my door handles. hell, i don't even need paint on the whole car unless it's to protect metal.

16's are better for tracking only but look terrible on the road IMO.

I think, it's just unpainted. Look at the side mirrors, it should be two tone color, it's not on the pic. Door handle part is made out of plastic just like those mirrors... But just my guess
