The OP had a syncopate event. Most likely due to orthostatic hypotension or a vasovagal response. Less likely but still possible would be if the OP was hypoglycemic when the event took place.
+1

And like most people have said it's probably dehydration with the possible combination of poor eating habits.

Dang dude! You gotta at least play some sport in summer time, man!

That's what I do. Summer time, I usually play soccer & tennis. Winter time is my hibernation time lol

Slowly get back into it. Don't start full hardcore lol

thanks alot guys for your support

I'll see a doctor tomorrow, and maybe some blood sample will help to see whats wrong! I will come to kick boxing class tomorrow too, and will start with slower pace until I get used to it
It could be dehydration too, so I'll make sure I drink more water (thu I'm sure its not, but will make sure I have good amount of water)

I think my main problem is that I did not do any activity in the last 5 years! but gotta make sure things are okay with my doctor.

I hope that doesn't happen to me when I hit basic training lol

IMO, the best way to get in shape is to play a competitive sport. The adrenaline helps you push past the pain and build strong muscle.

Start out with multi-vitamins and some light work out. Don't eat fast food all the time. I work 50+ hours a week at my primary job and usually 5-10 at my secondary but I know I eat crappy. So I take vitamins and attempt to eat good when I can. And every other day I go for a run or do some other form of cardio. Only you can take care of yourself buddy, don't worry you'll be able to last for longer without passing out soon enough just be careful!

Sure fainting is not really normal from exercising, but most people's perception of exercise is going to the fridge. If you were actually going balls out for 25 minutes and fainted after not training for years I can see that not being a medical issue. Just take is slower as you get back into it. If you were just doing like walking or something of that intensity than yes it would be an issue.

Good luck with your fitness goals in 2011

WHAT I'VE MISSPELLED A WORD?! I MUST DO THE ONLY HONORABLE THING AND KILL MYSELF. Oh wait, it's an internet forum and I don't care ; silly me.

PS, fAinting during strenuous exercise isn't always the result of a sudden drop in blood pressure. You could simply not take in enough calories during the day and fAint DURING the activity.

Also, if you are a medical professional you know better than to diagnose anything without actually having the patient infront of you. In ANY profession that requires diagnostics you never perform a diagnosis through a third party medium. Take that into consideration first, correct everyone elses grammar second.

Alright brah, its most likely the dehydration and lack of oxygen.

you have to breathe a lot because after I do deadlifts and I dont breathe while doing them... I lose my sense of belonging(vision gets blurred) and I feel like im going to faint.

You just have to breate in and out. Youtube boxing and breathing.

Everytime you kick or punch breathe out, you will hit harder as well. Have a certain pace and rhythm.

P.S: im not a doctor so dont listen to me and go get professional help

if you base any of your conceptions of what happened by what people say on a car forum with the next to no information you provided, fainting is the least of your worries both short term and long
