go check out Honda/Acura.... mostly Acura actually. The TL's white is worst off than we are.

A few reasons:
Bumpers are plastic, the way paint 'lays' on plastic is different than metal. Plastic dries at a different rate than metal(check your fuel door, even though its metal.) This will cause a different look. All mass produced cars have their bumpers painted at a different line/factory than the rest of the car. Different tint/air pressure will make a different variance. Has nothing to do with flex agent...

Will the white color variation become more apparent over time? I have seen gold colored or forest green (on Camry and Honda) color variations become more obvious over time...
