When you're ready to order a kit, if you want to get it through me I'll try to get a pretapped pan for you, and I can make your lines in 10 minutes, I've done a lot of them.

I have already ordered the kit. Mine just hasn't shipped yet. I will ask them about the oil pan. I can make the AN lines, it is just cutting the metal lines and getting some of the fittings over them can be a pain in the ass. Thanks for the offer though. The fact that more companies are selling the Full Blown kit is awesome. I look forward to any more insight into the install and any pictures you can provide.

The AN line comes precut and taped so if you can make it work with the lenth provided, all you have to do is ram the fittings on there and you're good.

Awesome thread!

I got in pretty deep when I originally installed a GT30 kit on another car. It was a great learning experience, though, and I'm very glad I did it. The car was not drivable for a couple of weeks. It's very useful to have another car to drive. On the oil pan, I removed it and brought it to a local machine shop to have it tapped.

The reason they send the AN lines and fittings unassembled is to allow for different angles/lenths in case you don't weld the bung in the pan exactly perfect.

I have the majority of the instruction manual via email, its not fully complete just yet but they have been more than helpful with things I needed to see a picture of.

If you do not have a good amount of experience with turbo kits, AN lines, welding, fuel pump modifying, etc, I would not recommend "giving it a shot" unless you feel comfortable with it.
This is exactly why the return line is sent unassembled.

The oil return line is Nylon braided and is much easier then the steel braided lines.

Great update. Would love to hear your recommendations for how to best position the driver side pipes to clear the bumper once you are done.
