hmmm.. really? the hot lava looks a lot more reddish than the jdm orange metallic, ultramarine and argento also look very different from the jdm counterparts. but then again they're all photoshops so it's very hard to tell.

Once again though, and I'll reiterate, why would they offer they exact same color choices as japan, but a few shades darker for each one?

It simply doesn't make sense. I would bet on it that they are just bad images, and the real colors are the same for the FR-S vs. JDM 86

So are we absolutely sure, ABSOLUTELY Sure that Scion didn't just rename Subaru/86 Japanese colors.

Hmm Im sure we can talk to SCION they're rep on twitter and FB are usually really nice and fast to answering question, because that looks suspiciously... close to Lighting Red and nothing like the brochure picture.

Cool. If you find out, let us know. The only thing that I suspect might be different is the White. It doesn't seem to be Satin White Pearl (again, it could just be the picture), so we might actually get the simple white color the super stripped down version in Japan gets.

I think the pics they released of each color are very inaccurate I'm just going to wait until they have pics released Of the actual car in person

I asked on Scion's FB page, hopefully they'll answer and I wouldn't have to clarify facts to uninformed people on FB. You know they're gonna be people lol

Torn between the red and blue. My current car is white so i dont want another so might go with red. I'd have to see them in person though before i make the decision.
