So are you going to tell me where you got these magical numbers from? Is that where your bmw clutch grabs? I can't fire my mechanic unless I have a good reason!

Perhaps you should fire your mechanic for using an out of specification transmission fluid

Why are you afraid to change the trans fluid? Its a quick easy fix and protects your trans, seems like a no brainer.

You have pics from the install?

Who said I'm afraid? Changing it next week. I'm going to try a 75w85

No pics of the install :/

I heard some vibration the first day going 80 on the frwy, but no vibration since then. I'll be driving about 300 miles next week so if vibration is an issue i'm sure it'll happen during that trip. Otherwise loving the shorter throw
