Also, I heard the tranny bush can put stress on the engine because of its rigidity... thoughts?

Just a heads up, if you need anything for your Toyota 86 / BRZ, I would definitely suggest you get into contact with Daniel from Car Mods Australia. They are based in QLD (I am in SA).

I have just purchased an exhaust from him, and price and service was fantastic! I have been looking at other parts as well, and they are very cheap compared to a lot of other vendors and suppliers (even in the US!).

I have no affiliation with this business, I am just trying to put in a good word for the company because they are a cut above the rest!

I second that, Daniel is very helpful and informative.

The description of it...I mean the purpose of it. The tighter the car, more power will be sent to the wheels. Is not like you are gaining any more power, but you will haved slightly more at the wheels from the same engine under hard acceleration.

Do you think you would gain less vibration at the gear stick?

Well, I am wating to see if I can get some engine mounts as well. you need to stiffen both, otherwise you're creating a hard point at the transmission while the engine remains soft which might cause stress.

Here is a link explaining the combination of Perrin part with the Whiteline. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...e+transmission

I have the whiteline part as well that i am thinking to modify to accomodate the Perrin transmission mount.
