I think it looks good only when you're forced to put them on your car in order to get more style points in Need For Speed Underground.
...but really, I think it depends on the car you put it on. If you got an old ass Impala with 24s that bounces with neons that pulsate to the bass coming from your system, then you went all the way and congrats. The only thing that gets to me is unfinished work.

You really think that only civic/honda owners do stupid stuff like this? I've seen riced up cars from EVERY brand.. well except maybe suzuki.
