Easiest way to test if strut bar has an impact or not is use it for a week so you get used to it, then remove it and go for a drive. I always did this and both my Corolla and Celica, and both were sloppy when braces were removed. Immediate effects after placing front strut tower back is steering turning is heavier when the car is not moving. It is strange how often I don't directly feel the difference until I removed it.

I guess you can never say too there's too much chassis stiffness.
Wow great video and info, thanks!!!

Braces has benefit, but do this last and only after you begin to feel stiffness is required. Main benefit of having brace is to help maintain your dynamic wheel alignment in check when cornerning. Only you can tell whether you need it or not based on your driving style.

And if you decide to get braces, make sure the ones you get dont flex. Often i saw people making comment they feel nothing with strut bars only to see them buying ebay strut bars.

Thanks! I love stuff like this, I figure any information regarding the product, whether it's product fitment, reviews, raw info etc.. Always good in my book!

Thanks again,
