Btw there is about 6' of cable for the USB and mini jack bundled up behind the head unit. If you want to remove or relocate the connections just remove the head unit and look for the cable bundled against the main support bar. Cut the two nylon straps, unravel the black tape and you will find where the extension cables that connect the head unit cable to the ones threaded through the glove box. I moved mine to the left of the steering wheel where I mounted my phone.

Sound is better cabled. Plus between sony's music unlimited and Wase GPS, my iPhone's battery drains in about 90min..
