Correct. Don't focus too much on this info though as it's for the Japanese Domestic Market, and not for the US Domestic Market. Our options and such will vary somewhat.

We've been promised standard LSD on the Scion FRS. So I would discount that "no LSD with Automatic" part based on past information.

Disclaimer: This doesn't apply to the Subaru BRZ.

I have a question concerning VSC (because I've never owned a car with stability control). When you toggle the switch for OFF, does the POS mandatory because our government is a bunch of A-holes system actually stay off in a skid? Or does it kick back on for "emergency" purposes?

Working a shitty job now and spending 100% of my free-time trying to get my 86 running for the past month and a half. Almost there...almost....soon it'll be "hachi no-broku-no-mor---u".

I would expect it to remain off once you switch it off. Otherwise, what would be the purpose of even having the option of turning it off? Maybe they'd program it so that it turns back on once the engine is turned off and restarted. That way people don't continue driving while forgetting their stability control is turned off.

Actually it's based on the very recent specs. Again though US options will differ. I'd expect LSD on both but who knows or sure.

Depends on the car. Many do NOT really turn off. The s2000 did and I'd expect this car to turn completely off as well since its a drivers car. Once you restart the car it'll be back on though.

I would suspect that the US-spec will be either one of these trims (maybe just the base or the scion?).
