I'm in the Air Force and have a military appreciation packet on the way to my house now I'll let everyone know what offers it comes with.

Next summer??? I'm hoping this guy's got the date wrong. Everything I've read so far indicates a spring 2012 launch to U.S. dealerships.

I hope I'm not the one who's wrong!

I looked into the College Graduate discount - it's a $1000 rebate off the price of the car, no down payment required and 90 days of no-payment. The catch is that you not only need to prove that you recently graduated but that you also have a job lined up. It makes sense that you need a full-time job to pay for the car, but for me, I don't have a full-time job lined up since I haven't been able to find one for a year and a half since graduated with my undergrad and currently am in a full-time graduate degree program and work per diem as a pharmacy tech. Would that be considered a "job lined up"? It just seems like a very subjective term...

You can also use that college discount if you're enrolled in Grad. school. I plan on using it myself as I have a full-time job but I have just re-enrolled for a Graduate degree.

Ok, just the terms seemed a bit confusing. By the time this car debuts I will still be enrolled so if that's the case, then this will be a welcomed rebate.
