Whatever gets you in the gym (or outside) moving is worth it to me.

Personally I take what I like from each of these things (P90X, etc.) and incorporate them into my own workouts.

EDIT: I'm all about this look. Mainstream bodybuilding & gym rats want bigger, heavier.

5'7ft 145lbs on the left and on the right he is 127lbs

I'm 2 inches shorter and about 5lbs heavier. It's funny how the guys at my gym say get bigger and my friends say I'm skinny looking but as soon as I take off my shirt they have the "WOW" look on their face especially the ladies. They love them some 6pack & v-cut.
:P This looks like one of those same day before and after photo shoot. I actually saw a documentary "Bigger, stronger, faster" where a bodybuilding photographer showed how he would take these before and after photos on the same day by changing lighting, spray tan, shave, and make the person smile in the after photo. I'm very indecisive about staying lean or putting on muscle every year. Usually winter time = bulking time, but im not sure if i want to do it this year. I want to fit into my jeans this winter for once, and i really don't have a need to be any bigger. Sometimes i feel like i will be randomly challenged to a wrestling, BJJ, or MMA match and i will be at a disadvantage because of my light weight.

Doing it as we speak, but I can lose weight easy just by eating correctly. Problem I have is getting toned. haha

Especially since my "main" cardio is sprints.

And why did you order the disc? You can get it for free online somewhere. LOL

It seems obvious that most photo shoots of before and afters are made to deceive the untrained eye. Even if there are real time results its still all part of marketing.

Yup. I always like how the exercise program straightened and whitened their teeth.

Edit: Maybe we should do before/after pictures of someone wearing our t-shirts. At first they're sad and lonely and ugly, then with our shirt they're vibrant and smiling and surrounded by loving friends.
