Do you guys believing tinting/smoking out the lights in black will look good with the galaxy blue silica? Or keeping the front white and making the tail red would look better? Also what are you recommendations for window tint? I am thinking about 35% tint all around.
Keep in mind that the dealer can't just change the color on your vehicle order. They have to literally cancel the existing order and place a new one which may affect your delivery date.

If they are talking about next spring, you probably be better by just walking into the dealership at that time and getting car from the lot. By that time there should be cars available for immediate purchase. If you want car before that, leave your phone number to few high volume dealers around, and ask to call you when someone decides not to purchase ordered car. But you should be flexible on options and color in that case.

1. Will the brz ever be in stock at dealers around the united states hopefully the 2014 models? Or will it be all pre-orders? When will the 2014 models be introduce/come out?
Not for a while. They are being ordered as fast as they ship them. You may find some that the person ordering backed out on. Best thing to do is widen your search area as much as possible and call every single dealership. Do your homework and be willing to travel if you don't want to wait.

2. How long was your wait for a brz? Are any one of you guys in the process of waiting and buying the car?
Two months, but that was because I was the first order in at Byers.

3. What color did you choose? I seem to like all of the colors but the red (sorry I never liked a red car)
Black. Love black cars. Any color is good. The dark grey will be the easiest to care for.

4. Is anyone going to daily their cars yearly? How will winters be (Ohio winters are unpredictable) will good set of snow tires be enough?
I plan to. Good snow tires and careful driving will be fine. Especially around here. Even when it snows it's not much.

5. Is there anyone in Columbus that wants to meet up and show me their car to help deccied the color and perhaps a test drive and how is the scene in Columbus?
I often drop by the weekly Friday night meets at Byers Subaru on Billingsley. Those start at around 9:30pm. I also try to get to the weekly Cars & Coffee at the Lenox at 9am on Saturdays.

The car scene is pretty good around here, but it's very divided depending on what you want to do with your car.

I am planning to mod the car within a few months of owning it. I would like to ride out the warranty untill a turbo kit. The warranty is 5 years/60,000 miles right? During the warranty i am plan on getting a exhuast and intake. Than run a turbo kit, injectors, tune and STI brakes after the warranty is over.

Than probably tint winodws and get rims for the summer and put snow tires for the winter on the stock rims. Do you guys think smoking out all the lights would look better than stock on galxay blue galaxy?

I would like to know if intake and exhuast would void the warranty?

The factory limited warranty is 3yrs/36,000 miles which covers nearly everything. The powertrain warranty (engine, trans, driveshaft, diff, axles) is 5yrs/60,000 miles.

Intake and exhaust should not void the warranty, but it might help to get friendly with your service advisor so that they'll go to bat for you just in case something does indeed go wrong. Keep your stock parts just in case you need to put them back on.

I wouldn't smoke out the lights, personally. I don't like the stock lights but I also don't like the redded and smoked taillight attempts that people have done so far, either. I guess your best bet is to look at all the people who have done theirs and decide if it's right for you. I think I'm going to get body-color trim pieces to go over the taillights, like these ones offered by Modellista:

Good choice with Galaxy Blue! That's the color I plan on getting

I just happened to get extremely lucky. I didn't have to wait for my car at all. I went online to Subaru.com and typed in my zip code and said what I was looking for and about 2 hours later I got an email from a guy at a Subaru dealership 45 minutes away from my house that had what I wanted. I went over there and picked it up for MSRP. It only had 7 miles on it and was on the showroom floor. There is a black BRZ on eBay right now in PA, and a silver in Oklahoma. If you were looking for a 6 Spd SWP Limited I think I got the last one in the US.

I ordered mine at Hatfield Subaru in Columbus in the middle of March, I was #3 on their list of 12 cars they had allotted IIRC. Came in the last weekend in June. Ordered mine in DGM because I like gray cars and they are easy to keep looking clean. No CEL or any other issues with mine. Mine will never see salty or snowy roads in the winter. I'll only take it out of the garage between November and March if the temps are above 45° and the roads are completely clear of all salt and other winter crap. If you need to drive it year round in Ohio, get a 2nd set of wheels with snow tires, and make sure to thoroughly wash off all of the salt and winter grime at least every week or two, especially underneath.
