If it is what I think it is, then you can just hold it sideways by your mouth. You should be able to then play the green ranger note that he uses to summon the dragon zord. That'll make your car comeback to you and it will transform when ever you need it to save Angel Grove.

Does removing this sticker void the warranty on the car? Are there any aftermarket stickers that the dealer can't detect?

Basically, a random object stuck to a consumer product that will have people rushing online to Google and post on forums to find out what it is. Used by Internet companies when they need justification for raising rates on bandwidth usage.

That is actually the FR-S curse nullifier. Once you take that off, your car is cursed, and will be wrecked/scratched/dented/dinged etc. Best to keep it on.
